The Council for the Homeless Housing Solutions Center is a one-stop access point for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to connect to the programs and services they need. To access their services please call the Housing Hotline at 360-695-9677 on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday: 9am-5pm; Tuesday, Thursday: 9am-7pm; and, Saturday, Sunday: 9am-noon. *Clients seen by appointment only
