Debby Dover, Executive Director
Debby Dover was named to the Executive Director position of Second Step Housing (formerly YW Housing) on May 5, 2009. Although her role coincides with the launch of Second Step Housing, she is not new to the organization. For the last three years, Debby has been the Asset Manager for YW Housing, taking a lead role in making financial and organizational decisions.
Prior to joining YW Housing, Debby worked with other nonprofits, such as Affordable Community Environment and YWCA Clark County. This past experience has given her the project management abilities to oversee construction development, to develop and maintain affordable housing, and to operate within budget.
She is also an acting Board Member for Community Services Northwest.
